Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IAM Developer to support the migration of market-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful migration of applications while maintaining compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migration Support: Lead and support the migration of market-based applications to SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Development & Configuration: Design, develop, and configure IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet business requirements and enhance user access controls.
- Integration: Collaborate with application teams to integrate various market-based applications into SailPoint, ensuring seamless IAM processes.
- Customization: Develop custom workflows, connectors, and rules within SailPoint to support unique application requirements.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated applications to ensure accuracy, functionality, and security.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for the IAM environment, including migration processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to application migration, access control, and IAM integrations in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Ensure that all IAM processes and configurations comply with regulatory and organizational security standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to IAM processes, tools, and practices to enhance security and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 tp 12 years experience with at least 3+ years of experience as a SailPoint IAM Developer, with a focus on IdentityIQ.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including workflows, rules, and connectors.
Strong understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
Experience with scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory) and SSO solutions.
Experience in integrating and migrating applications within an IAM framework.
SailPoint certifications are a plus.
